Predlog za vrlo ukusan dorucak ili veceru. Recept je bas jednostavan i brzo se priprema, a odlican za ove dane posta.
Potrebno je
- 2 srednja krompira
- 1 veca glavica crnog luka
- 1 pakovanje gotovih kora za pitu
- ulje, kisela voda
- so i biber po ukusu
Priprema
Sitno iseckam crni luk, proprzim ga na malo ulja dok ne postane staklast. Dodam krompir koji sam prethodno izrendala na krupno rende, pa proprzim i njega. Zacinim solju i biberom po ukusu i sklonim sa ringle.
Za svaku piticu koristim po dve kore. U pakovanju je bilo 14 kora, tako da sam dobila 7 pitica.
Prvu koru poprskam uljem i kiselom vodom, stavim drugu preko. Poprskam je kiselom vodom i uz ivicu stavim po malo nadeva. Urolam do kraja, pa uvijem u krug. Nadeva je bilo knap. U pleh stavim papir za pecenje, sipam malo ulja i poredjam pitice. Premazem ih uljem, poprskam kiselom vodom i stavim da se peku u prethodno zagrejanu rernu na 180 stepeni dok ne porumene (jedno pola sata u zavisnosti od rerne). Pecene izvadim odmah iz pleha, da ne bi upile suvisnu masnocu. Poredjam na ubrus, i sluzim tople ( mada su odlicne i kada se ohlade). Prijatno
VEGAN MINI PIES WITH POTATOES AND ONIONS
A real simple and easy treat.
Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 14 phyllo pastry sheets
- vegetable oil, mineral water
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Chop up fine onion. Fry in low heat until it softens, stirring often.
In grater grate potatoes into a fine peaces. Put them in to a pan with onion, and fry for a 1-2 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
For each pie use two sheets.
Lay one sheet of phyllo on table. Brush with oil and sprinkle with water. Than lay second sheet on top. Sprinkle with water, placing the filling on the one side of the long edge.
Roll the pastry like a cigar. Than starting from one end roll the cigar into a rose shape. And so six more times.
Put pies into a backing pan. Brush them with oil and sprinkle with mineral water.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes until golden.
